Fasting can help protect against brain diseases, scientists say

See, Intermittent Fasting isn’t just for weight loss, it’s just plain healthier.  We weren’t built to eat as much as we do!  Avoiding Alzheimers and Parkinsons are just 2 of the many health benefits of I.F.  The human body is an amazing machine, and if you hit all the buttons in the right sequence, and feed it real food as fuel, you can live a long and healthy life (happy is up to you).  Ugga-Bugga!
