Come on now!!!  People are asking is this worth the cheat?  You’re damn right it is!  How to order like a native New Yorker: “2 with mustard, onions, kraut.”  You don’t have to say “hot dogs,” that’s all they have here.  But if you must, you can say, “2 dogs…”  ”Franks” is also acceptable.

This is my second favorite hot dog in NY, Nathan’s in Coney Island being the first.  But I think Nathan’s is still recovering from Hurricane Sandy, along with the rest of Coney Island, so I don’t think they’re on the menu this trip. So many friends and family still getting their lives back together from Sandy, it’s terrible.  I have friends who literally have NOTHING left.  So sad.

Speaking of sad, I’m losing followers at an alarming rate since my eBook came out.  Has the Caveman jumped the shark?!  Damn, I hope not, I have so much more eating to do!  Well, if you’re sticking around, I’m glad, I have a lot of fun paleo goodness planned for us in 2013!  And if you left already, good, now we can finally talk about you behind your backs!  Weren’t they a bunch of cave-holes?!
